Refund policy

Since the arlox.io offers non-tangible, irrevocable services we do not provide refunds after the service is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any service on the arlox.io.

However we are people just like you, your satisfaction is our highest priority, so in case of  some unforeseen circumstances happening, you couldn't utilize the full benefit of services, you can  postpone the service delivery up to 3 months from the date of purchase, it must be cleared within 10 days of purchase.

Cancellation of any recurring service should be done 15 days prior to the start of next billing cycle.

If cancellations are made after the start of the billing cycle then an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project during that month will be billable, which the clients will be entitled to pay.
